RegioWikiCamp is an open conference for all RegioWiki actors throughout Europe.
The RegioWikiCamp follows the idea of BarCamps - that means there will be no paid speeches and all participants are asked to contribute.
In addition to the Regiowiki Actors the camp also addresses interested experts from:
* open content projects like Wikipedia and OpenStreetMap
* open license projects like CreativeCommons and GNU Free Documentation License
* technology providers like wiki engines and extension developers
* and the fields of eGouvernment, eDemocracy, Web 2.0 and Semantic Web
