changes since MICKI_2005_12_04 in short:

  - hitcounter (topic 'HitCounter') incremented on bare CGI binary call
  - all MicKI-links same color (TOPICCOL)
  - able  to use bold text ('*like this*') at start of line
  - added built-in Admin Guide (through User Guide link; not on navbar)
  - minimal configuration file will look 'acceptable'
