SVG Editing
Where can I find more about them?
What do they mean?

It means the wiki has some way of editing those formats in a collaborative way. That might be through a special description syntax which generates the resulting media formats or by some sophisticated editor to create those media type. Eg. a JavaApplet or Flash plugin might be used to draw images in the browser.
