I am new to the world of running wikis and I am looking for a wiki script that's the best for running ads in.

Maybe one that has something built in that allows the easy deployment of ads (ad campaigns) onto the community?

One think I forgot to mention is that you can also run your own adserver using a software like OpenX http://www.openx.org/.  This software, like MindTouch Deki Wiki, is open source so you can download and set it up freely.  It allows you to upload your own banners/adsense and can cycle through them, limit impressions, and splice how ads are served in a lot of different ways.
