I need something similar to tiddlywiki in the sense that it's an easy to install, stand-alone offline wiki. It needs to be compatible with Windows Vista. I don't really like TiddlyWiki because it doesn't use the familiar style of linking to separate pages that I want. I'm willing to set up something that's online, but I only want to be able to use it over a network with one other computer, and that's only optional. I don't want to have to set up a virtual machine and all of that; I just want a good stand-alone wiki environment so I can organize my project ideas, and easily collaborate with one other person if possible. WYSIWYG, easy data storage, and tree hierarchy would be great too.
[EDIT] Nevermind, after lots of searching I found one that fit my needs. If you want a good offline wiki try PmWiki, it has simple instructions for how to set up a stand-alone version.
