WikiMatrix / Do a community with DekiWiki: is it possible?

I find DekiWiki very interesting. I have three more questions concerning community on DekiWiki.
1. Can we do a mailing list from the users using our wiki?
2. Can we send newsletter to thoses users?
3. Can we do a blog thanks to DekiWiki?

MindTouch Deki saves all of the users information in a MySQL database that can easily be extracted as a CSV and imported into a mail client.

Yes, through a mail client/service.
