Config and User Management Plugins
I know these are supposed to now be part of the base install. I have ACL enabled and when I click on the Admin button, all I see is Access Control List Management and Manage Plugins.....
I don't see Config or User Management. Any ideas why? And how to correct?

I have problem like that. My Admin button is dissapired. Do you have any Ideas?
