Atlassian Confluence: $5 licenses for 5 users, benefits charity

Atlassian is offering a great deal - 5-user Confluence wiki licenses for $5, all proceeds go to charity. When we launched the campaign on Monday, our goal had been to raise $25,000 for charity; we've already zipped past the $60,000 mark and there's still over 48 hours to go. Help us get to $100,000!

All proceeds from the campaign will be donated via the Atlassian Foundation to Room to Read (http://roomtoread.org), an organization that helps children by establishing schools and libraries in impoverished nations.

The license will last for a full 12-months with an option to renew it for $5 (renewals also go to RoomtoRead.org), and it includes Atlassian's "Legendary" support.

It's a great deal for small businesses and small teams that want enterprise wiki software to help run their business. In addition to Confluence, Atlassian is also offering JIRA, it's professional issue tracker, for $5 for 5 users.

Offer ends on Friday, April 24, so hurry! Details at http://www.atlassian.com/starter.

Re: Atlassian Confluence: $5 licenses for 5 users, benefits charity

Thanks to everyone that participated! We raised over $100,000 for charity (roomtoread.org), which was four times our original goal of raising $25,000 for charity. We raised enough money to build 25 libraries for children in developing nations. Details, and a petition to bring the sale back, at http://www.atlassian.com/starter.
