hi to everybody,
i have a question for you. hope somebody can help me.
I explain my case:
I'm thinking to use wiki to share and collaborative writing and updating policies and procedures in my company.
My boss asked me to find the best wiki solution for this.
It has to be an easy (easy editing) and cheap solution.
I'm trying to find some articles or web sites where somebody explain some similar experiences.
I can't find them.
can anyone help me please?
thanks

francesco,
Using a wiki for corporate policies and procedures is an excellent use case and very common. We use our software internally to do that same thing. I encourage you to read some of our testimonials: http://www.mindtouch.com/customers/testimonials and to check out our whitepaper. While MindTouch is developed to allow a lot more functionality like custom reporting, dashboards, and more, it is very easy to use and you can download and install it for free using MindTouch Core which is available here: http://www.mindtouch.com/Download
I'm sure you will get some great feedback from other vendors through this site too, I encourage you to try us all and see what works best for you in your environment. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to chat with one of our reps here: http://www.mindtouch.com/Support

Hello Francesco,
This is a pretty familiar use case for out customers. Do try it yourself by creating a trial account at http://samepage.spwiki.com. Our versatile WYSIWYG editor makes it very easy to create, edit and share content. It has some features that make it particularly easy to use:
1. Import directly from Word and/or Excel
2. Easy inserting of images
3. Ability to easily insert content from plugins like RSS, YouTube videos, Calendars etc
and so on.
Check it out!
Best,
SamePage team

Hello, Francesco,
We went through and wrote about the exact experience that you are looking for. Try
Using a Wiki to Implement a QMS,
Using a Wiki for Document Control and
Sample QMS Wiki Organization.
Good luck!
