Hallo,
i installed this wiki software and i think could be the right for our small Company. We have a lot of attachments, so i want know if there is a plugin to search also in attachments. We need this Funktion.

we have the latest version of pmwiki. This software is installed on our Intranet Linux-Server.

I don't think anything is built in to PmWiki for this (Due to the philosophy of PmWiki). However, you can configure another search engine for this, and use it inside of PmWiki, such as Lucene search, or sphider.
After getting the external search engine working and indexing, you can swap out the search form in the tmpl file with the appropriate code for the search form for your engine, a la:
