I'm wondering if anyone has ever heard of this type of wiki implementation and could direct me to some examples or documentation on it.

I want to have a partial synchronization of two or more wikis - where when topics identified by certain categories/tags are used, the two will synchronize and the new content added to one will be automatically posted to the other. For instance, if I have a wiki on sports and one on celebrities, if something relating to a certain celebrity golfer is added to the sports page, it gets automaticlaly added to the celebrity page when the two synchronize.
