the commmand ?action=edit is not working anymore!!

I had a problem recently, related to permissions on wiki.d and wikilib.d, that I had to change because suddenly on various sites i kept having a 404 and a flock problem. That was solved o all three sites, but in this particular one, (url above) I can't edit anything... Can you help me? Thank you so much in advance...
