After going through the wizard a couple times and searching over internet, looking for the perfect wiki for my company, I couldn't decide wich one will work with my reqs.

So I'm asking for some help please  , here is the reqs

Webserver  :         IIS or apache (but IIS is what we really need, apache if there is no choice)
Datastorage :        Database with Microsoft SQL server 2000  ( it is old but i need it to be compatible)
Authentication :     LDAP supported
Text editor :         WYSIWYG supported ( a good one that we can copy/paste MSWORD stuff without problem)

-We have our own server and we want to host everything
-We don't care if it's open source or not, we can pay if needed
-Need to be mostly Microsoft apps if possible
-We can't upgrade for MS SQL 2003+ right now

PS : sorry for grammar errors, I'm not good with english !
