Hi,
I have never used a Wiki or CMS system.
I want to set up 4 different systems
1. One with receipes - to collect all my food receipes .
2. One with basic facts about different vedgitables
3. One with friends adress
4. One superior system to control these mentioned 3 above.
Is Dokuwiki possible to make this? Can I get one separate password for each system above?

I'm not an expert on the use of DokuWiki, however, I've been spending a bit of time recently to get to know how to use it. I think that it will do what you're looking for. With just one instance of DokuWiki installed, you can create a namespace for each of the categories you've mentioned. And then, by using the Access Control List, you can control which user accounts have access to which namespaces.

I think Wikimatrix is the best example that those structured data are not practical with DokuWiki at all. You have different content types (3) which will have a relation later.
I think Drupal Wiki, Foswiki or Confluence are always the better choice for such structured data.
