I'm a student in computing and i've developped a software that produces both html and latex/pdf documents from wiki pages (specially dokuwiki, but other can be added). You can generates pdf documents from your whole wiki and then print it. It handles many elements of the dokuwiki syntax, images etc...

Nevertheless, the software is in a beta state, but works fine for commun wiki pages
You just need to download the soft (wikitox) and read the given instructions.
If you can access your web-server only with a ftp client, you would have to download your wiki to your local computer first (you need permission to execute some scripts).
