Thanks Marc, i learnt something! Even if i sort of knew it already i'd never seen it mapped out quite so concisely before.

The main thing i picked up is that Great Britain is an irrelevant grouping for something like this, and United Kingdom and/or England are the only relevant political descriptions of where i live.

"Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'" and so forth...
