Hi,
I really don't know if a wiki is the best solution for me.
I need to write software documentation and have at least 2 languages (English & french) with the following specs:
Mandatory
=========
* FOSS
* Not very much allowed contributors
* As fast as possible (forums, bug tracking, IRC & VCS are on the same machine @home)
* Internet access (strong ACLs)
* AntiSpam
* SQlite (or postgreSQL)
* Comments possible only with admin approval
* History
* Extended search
* I'll also write at least one (big) FAQ
* Auto TOC
* Attachments
* PDF output possibility
* Rich text (code, ...)
Less mandatory
==============
* Workflows
* WYSIWYG
* Blog
* RSS
It is better if it is HTTP 1.0 (nginx + varnish prefered.)
This is for a complete software project.
Thanks in advance.
