WikiMatrix / Wiki that can show all articles and categories on front page?

Which wiki to choose, for the frontpage of it to look like this:
http://www.khanacademy.org/

All the articles and categories on one page. Is this possible? Maybe some advice as to which plugins and wiki-engines could do this staff, would be appreciated.

With its strong emphasis on categories and its ListPages module for generating complex lists of pages automatically, Wikidot (http://www.wikidot.com) can certainly do this.
