Very naive newbie question

I have a tar and gzipped backup of a TWiki wiki that I'd like to work on at my own home PC (running XP Pro).  I looked at the install instructions for TWiki, and I see that before I can install TWiki I need to install Apache and some other stuff.  I don't have a clue where to start with that - any got any pointers on where I could go to find out how to do that?

Alternatively, is there some tool I can use to edit the files I have and check that the syntax is right?

Probably the easiest way to get TWiki installed on your Win XP machine for single user use is the TWiki VMware Virtual Machine.

(The preferred place to ask support questions is the Support web on TWiki.org.)
