More help with formatted search...

Is there an easy way to obtain just the topics associated with a particular parent and not the child topics? For example, a formatted search that would return "Parent" and "Child," where "Child" is associated with "Parent," but not "Grandchild," which falls under "Child" but not DIRECTLY under "Parent."

Not sure I follow your question. Here is how to search for one's own parent topic:

%SEARCH{ "META:PARENT.*\"%TOPIC%\"" regex="on" ... }%
