Some of you may already be familiar with the great work done by the guys at Ohloh, a service to track development activity of opensource projects using source revision control tools.

Here's how the report for Wikka looks like (click on Code and Contributors to display more details).

The Ohloh team is planning to implement an API to export the project statistics they generate. Once the API is in place, I think this would make a terrific addition to the *-matrix websites.

In the meantime, opensource wiki maintainers using CVS or SVN to host their code may want to add their projects to Ohloh to start collect development activity stats.
