I've some qestions about manage users in TWiki

1) How I can delete UserGroups in TWiki.

2) When I delete a registered User in TWiki, in the .htpasswd file (.../data/) and remove from webpage, and now I will register a new user with the same name, I get the message that the exists.

3) After User Registration the new User should be in a special Usergroup, which is used by the web permission settings. Now I get a attention message, that the user can change anything....

4) I've create a new web 'TESTWEB' and declare the web permission setting to a specially user group (allow view, change,...) but users of this group don't see this web.
