is ANYBODY using CLEARWIKI ??

I am trying their wiki and find it extremely easy to use.  Tech support is responsive.

My primary needs are technical data reference and training documentation for a small company with technicians scattered throughout the US.

I know they came out of beta in June of '07 so there is some concern about their stability.  They claim to have some big name clients but there is no published address other than Wellington NZ.

So, is anyone using it???

Re: is ANYBODY using CLEARWIKI ??

Yes! I'm doing consulting work for Chevron and I implemented a ClearWiki for an Onboarding Guide for our team. Learning curve is very short for people and everyone loves it. It is very, very easy to use. I am trying to bring ClearWiki's solution in house I love it so much.  I piloted numerous solutions for a couple weeks before going with ClearWiki. ClearWiki won on usability and features hands down. I even ended up moving my personal wikis to ClearWiki, which was a chore but well worth it. And support is responsive. Me and a team of about 10 people have been using it pretty heavily the past two months and have had no issues with stability.

I know it probably sounds like I work from them but I don't. ;-) They honestly have a great product.

Downsides:
-Scalability (supports up to around 400 users per wiki)
-WYSIWYG editing can be slow when creating multiple links

Hope this helps.
