Apologies in advance as I am new to the world of wikis. I am just a graphic designer with an idea so my technical knowledge is extremely limited.

All I want to do is work on the visual design of my wiki site (hypothetical as this stage) in an offline environment before uploading it to the internet (to my own domain).

As a designer I am familiar with Adobe CS3 (Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc) and wondered if any of these can be used to help me achieve my goal.
