I install the apache and python and moinmoin and i followed all things which described in the documentation

but the http://127.0.0.1/mywiki page is not accessible. I am getting this error.

[error] [client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist: C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/htdocs/mywiki

this error also explained in troubleshooting. I examine my configuration 15 times but i am not getting front page with url. please if somebody can help in this matter then please share your expereience with me. I shall be thankful to you.
