I just added another feature item for downloadable Wikis. It's called "Preconfigured Hosting" and shows if there are any service providers who will give you a preconfigured ready-to-use Wiki hosted at their servers. The option only takes "yes" or "no" - additional info like where to find such a hoster should be given in the wiki page of this feature. Have a look at dokuwiki:preconfigured_hosting for an example.
