WikiMatrix / looking for dekiwiki website to learn & practice

i compared wikis about 3 times on wikimatrix and dekiwiki was the last one standing every time.

i'm new to wikis and would like to learn and practice on a dekiwiki to get hands on experience before starting my own hosted dekiwiki and finally "moving on up" (like george jefferson ) to an install.

any suggestions?
