3F WIKI has been installed with the following database servers so far: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL, SQLite3 and even Microsoft Access.
3F WIKI has been designed to operate as a CGI behind the Apache 2.x Web Server, or our own Winshock Web Server.
3F WIKI has been installed on the following operating systems so far: Windows 32bit, Windows 64bit, Linux 32bit, Linux 64bit, Linux ARM, Mac OS X 32bit, Mac OS X 64bit and Mac OS X Power PC.
By leveraging our HTML Macro interface, you can make your Wiki look like any web site on the Internet. We went way beyond the simple themes and skins found in so many script based solutions. Our product is commercial, however, it is priced at scale. Someone with 10 or less web pages pays $0.00. Beyond 10 pages, we issue licenses in batches of 100 pages for $14.99 USD. We have found this allows smaller web sites to implement our technology without a ridiculous price tag. While being fair to the smaller web sites, the larger enterprise or social web sites are only paying $14.99 per additional 100 pages. (210 Page Web Site is only $29.98).
We also developed a Desktop Companion, giving you complete control over your content. Produce professional pages with the built-in spell checker, commercial quality photo editor. Produce a web site that keeps your visitors happy with real-time web analytics, you will know if you have orphaned links, poor performing pages, etc. We even have customers using the Desktop Companion on Linux and Mac OS X via CrossOver 9 from CodeWeavers.com
And the most important aspect of people finding you and your content, our built-in search engine has no equal. We have 5 programmable search algorithms making our product work with any language. Our "May we suggest?" feature rivals that of Google's "Did you mean?".
