Drupal Wiki introduces a new generation of wikis (3G) - the 3rd generation. Wiki`s that are a based on a Web 2.0 application framework and combine both worlds: Enterprise 2.0 functionalities and social networking with the collaborative features of wikis. (1G are wikis like MediaWiki, their successors are wikis like Foswiki and TWiki 2G)
