» UniWakka DocumentationUniWakka Details

UniWakka is a Wiki Farm Engine derived from WakkaWiki, a light-weight, easy to install and to configure collaborative editing software for web content.

Derived from Wakka-0.1.3-dev, UniWakka is mostly intended for an university or scientific environment, offering advanced features such as math notation support (in mathml, latex and asciimath), a bibliographic database with latex import/export and the possibility to use latex-like citation in wiki pages. Other features include latex and openoffice export, jmol support (for displaying chemical data).
UniWakka comes also with an export filter for OpenOffice (1.x and 2.x) to edit wiki pages with OpenOffice and then export them to the UniWakka wiki format.
