WikiDoc is a wiki for writing structured documentation or help for software products. It comes in a form of a self contained Windows executable. Very easy to setup because it used its own built-in web server and database engine - just install and run. It support Wikipedia markup and WYSIWYG style editing. It automatically builds tree-view like TOC on the left side of the page plus it has a full text search feature built in.
