mediawiki:acl
MediaWiki is created for the Wikipedia project. Everyone out there may edit nearly every page freely. Therefore a real ACL is NOT integrated. Some Extensions for ACL can be installed but it is a litte difficult and has security issues. If you really need ACL use another Wiki where ACL is properly implemented.
