mediawiki:page_permissions
MediaWiki's support for page permission is still rather beta if you're looking for anything more than simple link denial. That is to say, without patches (that don't work with the latest version) MediaWiki can prevent normal users from seeing a page, but it can't prevent them from including that page from somewhere else or searching for it and reading the content in the preview.
