Place #footnote(”footnoteText”) at the insertion point for the footnote, replacing footnoteText with the actual text of the footnote. Normally this text would go at the bottom of the page or at the end of the document; instead, position it immediately after the text to which it applies.
You must then place #putFootnotes() in the place where you want the footnotes' texts to be displayed. This is usually at the end of a section or at the end of the document.
