Here's a list of service providers offering WikkaWiki as a preconfigured package. Consider, though, that you don't need a hosting service to get your own Wikka: you can download and install Wikka on any web server supporting PHP and MySQL, an intuitive web-based wizard will guide you through the installation procedure.
