====== Additional Requirements for DokuWiki ======

[[detail>DokuWiki]] runs without any special requirements to external tools. However if such tools are available, DokuWiki can benefit from it.

Images are automatically resized in DokuWiki using PHP's GD library support if avaialable. However the open source tool collection [[http://www.imagemagick.org|ImageMagick]] is more powerful in certain cases. If the tools are available DokuWiki can utilize them.

[[doku>Plugins]] might have additional requirements though.
