feature:blacklist

A blacklist is a feature which creates a list of urls recognized to be spam which cannot be added to wiki pages. This can either be hosted directly on that wiki, or be an extension that you can add (in the case of MediaWiki) which imports a list maintained elsewhere. It prevents these urls from being saved on any page in the wiki, thus preventing spam from some of the worst known bad actors. A blacklist can be a very effective tool for fighting spam, but requires consensus on what urls constitute spam among the community.
