Does the wiki have features that accommodate issue tracking? These would include:
- view access controls, to guarantee the privacy of tickets
- protection of old entries against edits, to provide auditing
- users should only be able to edit their own comments
- optionally, users should not be able to edit a comment they made after another user replied to it, or after a certain amount of time expired
