TWiki 4.0 has a WysiwygPlugin pre-installed. The Plugin is based on the Kupu HTML editor. It works by transforming TML (TWiki Markup Language) into HTML for the editor and then transforming HTML back into TML on save.
See details of WYSIWYG editor at http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Plugins/WysiwygPlugin
As of 2006-02-17, the following wiki engines are reported to have WYSIWYG editors: Confluence, JSPWiki, MoinMoin, Oddmuse, Perspective, PmWiki, TWiki, WackoWiki, XWiki, Zwiki. Compare Confluence, JSPWiki, MoinMoin, TWiki, XWiki and Zwiki.
